Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise except inner wears such as boxer & underwear.

The parcel should be in its original packaging as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged products will not be accepted. If the tag seal that loops around the label is broken, then the return will not be accepted.

Items purchased using discounts coupons can not be returned. They can be exchanged. You can also avail store credits for the same.

Kindly note below

1. We have a 15-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery for all eligible products. We do not refund Shipping Charges paid on the order returned.
2. Please note that we offer refunds only for PREPAID orders. The refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of return pick-up. For Cash on Delivery Orders, only website credits would be provided against the return. The website credits can be completely used to place any further order on vaishvik.in. within 12 Months.
3. For exchanges, Rs. 100 will be charged. If the new size requested by you is not available, you can avail of either a refund or a store credit.
4. Once your return or exchange is approved, we will email you a tracking ID and schedule a pickup for you.
5. The return/exchange cycle could take anywhere between 7 to 10 days.
6. Once we receive the product back, we’ll process your refund or ship you the exchange items.
